Marketing opportunity

Great news for writers. As a new novelist, competing against the giant publishing companies with their formularic authors and  massive budgets, I was challenged to think of alternative ways to sell my book.  I wondered why there wasnt a stand at our local market for writers, given it has a reputation for supporting local crafts and artisans. So I followed this up and the idea was excitingly received and supported. Permission has now been given for local TOS writers to have a permanent stall at the Nelson Saturday market. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the writing talent in our region and sell our books.
